What's the rush on commitment?

Good News!

Today is my first day of school. I could pick my courses and I chose Communication in Place, Professional Presentations, Promotional Communication and Social Media and Introduction to Visual Communication.

I almost didn’t get my first option (strategic PR) but suddenly in two minutes time a spot opened up. Soooo I got all the courses I wanted.

The Canadian school system is better than the Belgian, in my opinion. In Belgium you get a school package. Like a package deal, you have to follow the courses you don’t like too. In Canada you pick your own courses. You get 2 weeks to try them out. If you dislike them, you can change. BUT if classes are full, they are full. You need to be fast.

Now I want to eat cake …

The cherry on top of the cake is that I probably won’t have any exams!! In Belgium I have exams every January and June. About and around 10 exams in 3 to 4 weeks. Over here I follow 4 courses and I don’t have any exams. I do have to add that I have some sort of midterms …

It just makes my day.
